กฏการเป็น World - Class FM 2016 ในส่วน Media Description ( การที่สื่อขนานนามนักเตะคนนั้น )

1. ค่าพลังต่ำแหน่งนั้นๆอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง 20 ( ถ้าพลังใดเข้าข่ายกฏ World Class ก่อนนักเตะจะขึ้นชื่อ World Class ต่ำแหน่งนั้นก่อน )

2. สเตตัสตามตำแหน่งนั้นๆ รวมกันแล้วได้ 166 หรือมากกว่า และสำหรับผู้รักษาประตูผลรวม 133 ขึ้นไป

3. ชื่อเสียงของนักเตะ( World Reputation 7500 ขึ้นไป )
